He’s not cost cutting. He’s eliminating investigations into his companies. 100% corrupt.

A police officer fired for excessive force shouldn’t be able to move to another dept & do it again. Without a national misconduct database, that’s what happens. Officer Timothy Loehmann who killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice had previously been deemed “unfit for duty”—yet he was still hired in Cleveland.

Thank you Senator for this letter but I think we all know that letters won’t stop them. We need more than words - we need action. Tell people to not leave their HUD posts and to contact @aclu.org. Tell us where to protest & we’ll show up. Bring a lawsuit against Turner. #ActionNotWords

I'm not convinced that we did. Even if we dismiss the questionable vote tallies in all of the swing states as just a weird anomaly, there was sufficient targeted voter suppression of multiple flavors to eliminate enough votes to change the election results.

That, along with other Reagan policies like union busting, set us on the path of income disparity. It's no wonder the uber-rich worship him. He's the one who instituted our gush-up economy. It was the start of a society in which generations no longer reliably do better than their parents'.

Stock buy-backs used to be illegal because the SEC rightfully viewed them as illegal stock manipulation. In 1982, Reagan's SEC adopted Rule 10b-18, which created a "safe harbor" that protected companies from being accused of stock price manipulation.

It's not stupidity. It's willful and cherished ignorance.

If all the GOP who spoke against trump in the beginning held their positions and organized to squash his nomination, they would have avoided all this shit. They want it.
