I always loved the ice there. Played a lot. That and Winfield. I have just finished three weeks of kids and events every weekend. I am burnt out. Only three weeks left.

My mom is heading back home there for the last weekend. Wish I could be there. Dam busy curling club.

I hate when people cry about ice. Ice making is hard. Sometimes it is awesome, others times we have issues. I know all about issues with it.

Imagine the bitching if he was in a box? That would have been bad. Good on him.

My honey bun and I discussed doing this. Since we are the ones cutting greens 90% of the time, we just discuss how often we dump the baskets. How wet it is and how it feels. If I ever had more staff I might do it. Or less work like ball diamonds, soccer fields and campsites. But alas

I like par aide as well. I have had some horrible, push up greens before, so I would take the top four inches off, remove the rest and add sand. It is awesome when the next year you hit an old plug and see how much the roots have grown. It adds a little time, but I budget for it.

Interesting. Have to find that article. I will be watching. Well, music will be on and throwing darts. If it is close in the fourth quarter we will watch the rest. Have a great day.

As people leave, cheer them on. Keep in touch and care. It goes a long way to develop a culture. I am always happy when my people move on for more money or advancement. It makes me feel good. Cause they have improved their lives. Cheer hard.

Why?

Wow Ours is still cheap. We can go to local Hutterite farm and save. Love the rural living

So why? Why is it so expensive. Is it the bird flu? Mine are still 5 for 18 eggs, farm fresh. Sometimes I get them free.

Honestly, just grab a club and hit it. They are so good, they should be able to think for 10 seconds and go

Nice. I won’t see those temps until June probably

I talk curling and turf. So you could follow me and get a little of that. Tough one for Washington. Missed the game cause I was curling, but it sounded bad.

Does the snow and cold slow growth for awhile? Or is business as usual pretty quick?
comment in response to post
Absolutely. Once we had farm fresh we have tried to not go back.
comment in response to post
I can get 18 farm fresh for 5 bucks. They also deliver it to me. Which is cool.

What is the most you ever seen down there? That is incredible

Now, get that mount castle to come also. He bats about 100000000 against us it feels.

Sadly never got the chance. Had a couple kids that showed up early to learn how to do ice work. Probably Thursday
comment in response to post
Have it loaded and ready for tonight when I get the curling ice ready for the kids.

Finished product. So good.

What is funny when our greens look like that, honey bun looks at me and say it need K. I thought everyone knew this. Don’t need soil tests to tell us this. Cause I have to pay for them myself.

Almost done.
