and here's my ttrpg hot take: it's not collaborative storytelling either, it's roleplay-gaming if you want to construct scenes, plan arcs, and use narrative timing instead of cause-and-effect to resolve outcomes, leave my table and write a book (which would be rad as hell, i'm rooting for you)
