I cannot answer the question as I am not at the bargaining table, nor are you. Those at the table, the company and the members will decide what is fair, not us. But I do know if they owned the politicians they would not have to strike.

How much is enough is why they have collective bargaining. Otherwise it is a race to the bottom as companies will only pay the bare minimum wages and no benefits. Unions make middle class strive.
