Canadians are coming together to defend our country and democracy. Conservatives on the other hand are saying vote for Poilievre or they will break up the country. Playing the traitor card is not a good look for Canada's Mini Me Trump. Here's my latest: substack.com/home/post/p-...

The last acceptable ism......ageism. The stereotyping of people by generations as a way of assigning 'blame' and/or finding a villain so playing victim feels righteous.

Dear Donald Canada has something called democracy. It means the leader is accountable to Parliament and can be replaced I bet Americans wish they had that now. And convicted sexual abusers don't get to lead our nation. We're decent folk Ps. Button up. We're sending frigid cold your way. love Canada

This is a must view video. The rise of death threats and hate harassment over the last 4 years has been shocking. The targeting of school board officials, politicians, municipal leaders is an open threat to democracy because it targets people who dare step up to serve.

meanwhile much of the legacy media is all WHaT dOeS iT MEaN?

In America, when you try to do a coup, you get to evade impeachment conviction and duck all criminal charges by becoming president again. In South Korea, on the other hand, you will get impeached with votes from your own party and charged with abuse of authority and orchestrating a rebellion

🇨🇦HEY, CANADA🇨🇦 Nice to have a PM with a sense of humour. ❤️ if you agree. vm.tiktok.com/ZMkAy6U6c/

When Elon Musk shows up with a 6 inch swastika neck tattoo the headlines are going to say "Musk Sparks Speculation With New Look; Critics Say It Signals Problematic Beliefs"

Rabbits, Rabbits, Rabbits! Best of 2025 to you all!

Kevin O’Leary joins the ranks of Canada’s most vapid, traitorous idiots. There will be more.

“Despite the narrative on Twitter, the vast majority of Canadians say they’re proud to be Canadian. Additionally, Canadians overwhelmingly oppose Canada becoming the 51st U.S. state — contrary to another false narrative being pushed on the platform.”

Worrisome and loaded rhetoric here. Poilievre “will fire government officials throughout my administration who are imposing a toxic work ideology.” Who will he go after? Why? And “my administration”? Is he running for president? Sounds trumpy.

Once again, @deadder.bsky.social nailed it long ago.

A far-right social media platform now guides political discourse with false narratives in this country. The Meta news ban, the downfall of Twitter and the rise of the Conservative Party of Canada

@markgerretsen.bsky.social Hi Mark.....just an alert, over at the dumpster fire we call X.....this is circulating. I am assuming it's fake since you haven't posted over there in some time....but just a heads up. #cdnpoli

I have a real problem with the phrase « natural born Canadian », especially when it’s connected to some selective distribution of imaginary benefits from selling out our country.

Best gift ever. Thanks @jimmykimmel.com

I get the calculus, I guess, but: by and large he has been a self-immolating leader of a party with almost no ability to craft either policy or strategy. So, good luck to all of us
