Today was a victory. Today was necessary. Today, "April Fools" meant something different. We can't let up. Onward.

The Democratic base, the good people of this country, have been looking for anything to give them hope. I've shouted out Al Green for standing up, against the party leadership, for us. Now I do the same for Cory Booker. People are watching, noticing, and feeling seen. You know. We NEED this.
