Interesting how these memes remain free-floating even when Obamacare eliminated preexisting condition exclusions for almost all health plans (& now virtually all). Of course plans still deny for various other BS reasons. & any Trump legislation would bring back this exclusion

My U.S. Rep, a Democrat, held a town hall and explicitly said that THE REASON she was speaking out louder now was because she got so many calls and emails. DEFINITELY YELL AT THEM. It’s the only language they speak. It’s literally how they gauge public opinion.

I introduced new legislation to speed up permits for public transit projects, including high speed rail. When transit agencies build bus or rail lines, they’re often delayed by local governments or utilities that delay or fail to grant a permit. It’s a big problem & causes delays/cost escalation.🧵
