Can't wait to see how well "not replying to my email equals resignation" approach works in court.

Hassett is even dumber than he sounds if he thinks I'm saving my Eloncheck. If I did it (in dollars, not whatever shitcoin Trump's selling now), I'm strongly considering giving 100% of it to groups fighting MAGA.

Non-zero chance Trump, and especially Elon, think the USA is still on the gold standard and there must be gold inside Fort Knox.

Beck always liked sending his people to other countires to help fellow Christians, so I assume he's planning a trip to Panama right now. /jk /s /🤯

Maybe, but even there Dems can do something. Ds are letting Trump hurt his base (and country) on *his* schedule. He's driving the car. Democrats going on the offensive would cause the same thing but on *their* schedule. Proactive > reactive. Just a thought.

Well he has to have at least one more child; can't stop at 13.
comment in response to post
While Elon's name wasn't on the birth certificate, his paternity was assumed by the child's name, ØX#42.0.

Or, DOGE accidentally sticks everything on an unsecured webpage so FOIA wouldn't be needed.
comment in response to post
He had to give Trump the quote. No way 47 found that on his own.

How about Greenland? The locals will definitely give him the reception he deserves. 😉
comment in response to post
How long until he says "New Mexico has to change its name to something more Patriotic!"?
comment in response to post
I'd say Trump is copying USA policy re: non-involvement in the Treaty of Versailles, League of Nations, and Interwar Europe, but that's wrong. He has no idea what any of those things were.
comment in response to post
Thanks for spoiling the plot of "Indecent Proposal 2". 😉
comment in response to post
Possible dismissal if they "leak"/inform the public OR if they don't but DOGE decides to do it anyway. F--k it, leak away.

Will the joint interview include the kid telling one of the co-presidents to "shut the fuck up!"?
comment in response to post
Only if the Garbageman shows up and forces a character strongly resembling Scott Adams to permanently move to Elbonia, and he's only referenced once. Wally asked "what happened to that guy" and Angry Dilbert says, "oh him, f--k that guy".
comment in response to post
Habba should; she "owes" Trump for all his cases she lost and/or screwed up, like forgetting to ask for a jury trial in NYC.
comment in response to post
While I suspect Pam Bondi could go to court herself, I'd love to see Trump do it himself. See if the "Unitary Executive Theory" allows him to do things in court without following procedures, (e.g., "I'm the President; show me where Article II says I have to fill out this form!"
comment in response to post
He already threw out his copy of it.

I could see Gritty building the Arch St Subway and just having Center City trains go around in circles all day because it's fun.

The Constitution is relatively short. They wrote a basic framework and assumed future people would fill-in-the-blanks and norms would make it work. It works until it doesn't. That fatal flaw is what Trump's going to exploit.
comment in response to post
An actual risk of Secession might be needed. California leaving, who cares! /s But NY is key to the int'l financial system and that could be a wakeup call. Multiple states threatening to leave could get relatively "sane" Rs to work with Ds to minimize Trump's damage.

Good start, now will he stop printing $1 bills as well?
comment in response to post
Give him a few hours, he'll "Truth" how it's fake news and he never said anything about Treasuries *but* if he did, it's a great idea and he totally supports Elon looking into Treasuries anyway.

OTOH, the Coliseum grass hasn't changed at all. Still looks the same after a long season is over.
comment in response to post
De Blasio? Certainly won't do worse than those two.
comment in response to post
Will DOGE make him interview or just give him a job? /s
comment in response to post
Correct, but do they understand 'Pandora's Box'? A future D president is less likely to say "I don't have the authority to do that" and more likely to say "we're investigating every company that *doesn't* have a DEI program and following the last guy's advice is not a successful defense."
comment in response to post
He's still pissed he couldn't buy an NFL team and never won an Emmy. Give him one of the two and he might go away.
comment in response to post
Do I have to suck it out of the tank myself or is it already in bags for easy takeaway?

Ghost of LBJ: "You like DOGE, f*****g Project 25, right? Great, do it. But when we're back in power, and we will be, I'm going to undo that s**t so f*****g fast your head will explode like a pig in the oven. You wanna scale it back and be bipartisan, great, call me, otherwise tell Elon to f*** off."
comment in response to post
And while everyone's slowing things down, I hope people (somewhere) are making a very-detailed, very-long Democratic version of Project 2025 on everything they're going to do reverse and fix this mess on their Day One.

Did Elon send Donald the buyout email?

Change the names of countries in Trump's post and it reads exactly the same about the division of Poland in 1939.

Similar to the story that Trump was so upset being screwed over by real, actual billionaires who didn't want him owning the Buffalo Bills that he decided to run for president.

That would explain how he ran the Eastern Shuttle into the ground.

If any of their intelligence agencies had recordings of Trump or a relative doing something very illegal for a very large amount of $$$, something like this might be enough for them to release it, even if just for spite/revenge without changing anything in Gaza.
comment in response to post
I'm surprised NFL billionaires didn't bend the knee and change the end line to "Make America Great Again!!!". (not totally a joke).

If this nightmare ends with Steve Bannon, who hates Elon more than he does hygiene, saving the day my head will 🤯🤯🤯.
comment in response to post
At the very least*, can at least 10 members (if not more) stay in DC every single weekend? If Elon's goons try something Presidents' Day when everyone's out-of-town, some Dems can still show up live and demand entry instead of waiting until Tuesday.
