The pork is a bit chewy though, but it's because I used pork shoulder because it was cheap. I'll see if I can stir fry it better tomorrow though, I have another batch marinating for tomorrow's dinner.

This is the third time I've needed to use the bandages probably intended for students during the time I've worked at this school

What a great way to start a week of teaching

That sure was an album of about 10 absolute bangers and then 10 tracks of unnecessary bloat.

Woah the FFXVI ending, which is a great song, sure sounds incredibly out of place on this album in the middle of catchy pop tracks.

Oh the Chainsaw Man opening is on this too. Anime songs on albums by Japanese artists really break the album experience for me. You clearly didn't write the song for the album, you wrote it for something else, and now the album just feels like a compilation of singles.

Also I lied last night, this smoothie sour was by a Swedish brewery, the cherry imperial stout I'm still thinking about was the collaboration one.

I tried to learn a little bit a couple of years but I could not pronounce the tonal differences at all. I tried to say a couple of very basic sentences to a Chinese person ones who then did not understand me at all, which just made me give up. Ironically learning to read felt easier to me.

After this I suddenly think that sounds appealing. The one I hated was like a German more traditional cherry beer kind of beer about three years ago so after my craft beer snobbery my tastes might have changed too.

On Untappd this is rated lower than a typical hood imperial pastry stout, but this is one of the best ones I've ever had. I love it. It's TOPAKETA by Laugar Brewery. And I don't like cherry beers in general either

Wife had a smoothie pastry sour that is like a refreshing smoothie dessert too. Excellent. Born Trippy (PULP) by a collaboration between a Spanish and a French brewery.

The snobbier I get about craft beer, the more I start to realise that a lot of them are actually not that great. Luckily I've also gotten better at finding the good ones.

Don't worry, I already intervened by getting the adapter and refusing to get any more of them.

To be fair only two of them broke, I lost the first one. I've never lost audio jack earphones though! 😤

(No, I will never buy Bluetooth earphones either. I'll use normal audio jack earphones until the day I die.)

I don't think I have seen that one anywhere. I'll keep my eye on it

I like lambic beers, BUT they really don't remind me of beer at all.

Wicked Snowman was a smoky porter. The porter is bit too light-bodied but the smoky flavour is actually very nice. The best one I had here.

I had fun at the tour. The only problem is that I don't like the brewery. The blanche wheat beer had a weird side taste and wasn't very good. The dry block tasted like yeast and not much else. The sour was okay, tasted like apples you have from an apple tree at your yard in Finland.

They must have known that the rhythm game is horrible. I can't believe they let this through in such a polished game. Maybe Cloud is just canonically supposed to be horrible at playing piano?

I used it for Swedish too a while ago and that felt mildly useful, but only because it was making me remember what I learned in school again.
