Maybe spend a little more time studying the names of American political figures before pretending to be American?

Probably apocryphal, but this quote attributed to Churchill always makes me chuckle geekily: Ending a sentence with a preposition is something up with which I shall not put.

I can’t tell you how many otherwise likeminded friends/family have said to me, “I’m just holding on till the midterm elections,” and I’m like you actually think we’ll have midterm elections?

You realize the government is kidnapping people? They’re in aggressive and violent violation of the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments.
What do you suggest people do against a fascist administration declaring war on the country?

The third concert I ever saw was Prince’s Purple Rain tour when I was 13. Sheila E opened. Every second was mind-blowing.
I was too young to go alone so my mom came with me. She loved it, although it got a little awkward for both of us when Prince made his guitar ejaculate all over the audience.

I can vouch:
Step 1: watch wild in the streets video
Step 2: buy Sims Flagship board
Step 3: hear Agent Orange “Bloodstains”
Step 4: buy Powell Peralta Ripper deck
Rinse and repeat

Raimi was hugely influenced by the Three Stooges, so there are subtle and overt references all over his work. Even when he’s making a “serious” film there are elements of farce and slapstick.
