1. Dreamt that the USA had not been taken over by fascist autocrats and was still a democracy.
3. Checked the bathrooms to see how much toilet paper I had to buy soon.
2. Made a list of what to buy before the tariffs come.
4. Watched Canada's team beat the American One at our game.
5. Cried.

Shopping locally is a convenient alternative, George. I cancelled my WAPO subscription 9 months ago, but kept Amazon Prime. This morning, after suffering a bit of existential angst, I also cancelled Amazon Prime. I think I'll be fine.

I think Buddy should also introduce a Bill renaming Canada. Magada has a nice ring to it.

And after that Bill passes, Earl LeRoy "Buddy" Carter will introduce another Bill to rename Canada "Magada".

Ambiguous construction on the chyron. If I read it literally it says that Taylor Swift is not the only person in the world who is Googling "tariffs". 😂

2/2 Not to mention that Canada will no longer export other minerals and metals critical in the production of defensive tools and weaponry to the USA (e.g. night vision goggles), that are either not mined there in sufficient quantities or only available for export from a few other countries.

1/2 Just watch what happens to the price of gas, cars, machinery, nuclear reactors, boilers, wood, cork, paper, printed books, lime, potash, cement, iron, steel, and tools when Trump puts the promised 25% tariff on Canadian imports.

The thing you're missing, George, is that the Oligarchs are doing whatever they can to blame the socialist, fascist and woke extreme leftists from trying to stop China from using Tick Tock spyware to feed their interests.

This might all be true, and never is a long time, but I'm not convinced that American voters will ever elect a non-white female President.
