I especially loved Nancy Mitford's biography of Madame de Pompadour, in addition to Love in A Cold Climate

Aaw, thank you, Fleur. I love it. What's happened to Supermouse and his fabulous cape? I'll return the compliment with Sophia's mousey house soon. Miss you on Twitter xx

Ah, yes, Karen's book. You hooked me up with her on Twitter. I love her mouse tweets. I recall Ricky Gervais visited and tweeted that he and Jane spent hours in the museum 🐁

He couldn't have chosen a more ridiculous re-brand

I think we'd miss the monarchy if it was abolished, but it needs a shake-up, as do our political parties !

It will always be Twitter to me. X doesn't mark the spot 😜

You'd think after a 70+ year apprenticeship, he could do better !

I guess old habits ... 'soosige fingers' isn't sufficiently regal 🙃

Agree. I still call it Twitter, but then I also refer to Charles as the Queen.

Remember! I never stop thinking about it. It has inspired me to create a mouse house for Sophia. These pics are magical ❤️ Enjoy the festive break 😘

I get that, but the majority of the posts I see (that I don't follow) are either, mostly women asking for follows, people promoting businesses or just plain boring. If there is a nifty way of finding like-minded topics/accounts to follow, please enlighten me

What point are you trying to make ?

It's worse on Threads. People criticise Twitter and call it toxic, but if you find a core group of like-minded folk, it can be interesting, fun, and supportive. I only have a very small Twitter following of *checks notes 600+, so it's not about feeding my ego.

Interesting. I'm on both, but I'm finding it rather dull here. Obviously, it takes time to find like-minded folk, but, similarly to Threads, there is a lot of self-promoting, and people mainly asking for followers. I still prefer Twitter

I probably wouldn't if the family didn't expect it.
