Definitely a lot of social media thinks social media is where the majority of players are, which does not seem to be true. Obviously, I only have anecdotal evidence, but its heavily the opposite way. I'm the only one of about 15 RPGers I know well whose social media presence is primarily about RPGs

Well, I for one am glad you focus on other games. Since the only fantasy game I do to any significant degree is Ars Magica. Which, afaik, doesn't get any youtube action :D

Why didn't Harris try to get the leftists' support? Why is it not the Trump voters' fault for voting for Trump? Or Harris' fault for campaigning with Liz Cheney and pushing for right wing voters instead of trying to get leftist support if these leftists are so influential?

The problem with this framing is that you are saying this is the fault of the people who voted for a non Trump candidate that they supported and not the fault of the people who actually voted for Trump.
Every single time the Democrats lose, they complain the leftists voted for leftists.

Hmmm, 2024 was actually kind of focused for me. Just Traveller, Ars Magica, Swords & Wizardry, and Blades in the Dark.
Usually have more short games in there, but not this year.
