Unavowed was fun and good, but it suffered from "too many people to care too much about each" syndrome.
Old Skies has TONS of characters, many of which are old friends from WEG. But there's a strong core that you DO care about, and there's a single protagonist you can root for... sort-of.

Dicho esto, mi levantamiento de ceja es por la segunda mitad. En la primera estoy 100% de acuerdo en que los medios decidieron poner exclusivamente la cara de la victima al caso, y eso ha tenido el efecto indeseado de que a los hijos de puta no se les ve casi nunca.

El penúltimo párrafo hace la pregunta de (y responde) por qué otras mujeres no lo hacen.
Pero la pregunta general (creo) es por qué la gente la gente que sufre desgracias de impacto mediático (violaciones, estafas, denigraciones...) prefieren que se las vea poco.

No sé, creo que está un poco retorcido el argumento. Me parece razonable que ninguna mujer quiera que la conozcan por la calle como "esa a la que violaron". Me parece estupendo que Gisele haya optado por no esconderse, pero está feo esperar que todo el mundo lo haga.

A los humanos nos encanta resolver problemas. Y la forma más fácil de hacerlo (especialmente si es difícil) es convencer a quien lo plantea de que realmente no existe ningún problema.
Lo tenemos tan arraigado que mucha gente nunca se ha parado a pensar en ello.

Por mi parte no he dado el salto hasta que no he visto que periodistas a los que sigo y otras cuentas cuya opinion valoro (inclúyete) no lo han dado también.
