I agree that Diaper Don is the most stupid person in the Situation Room. But what does that say about the people who voted for him, and who still support him?

The ongoing actions by ICE are a dark stain on the history of this once great nation. Defund and abolish ICE, impeach Noem, and imprison anyone involved in these ICE abductions.

Diaper Don and conservatives have no need for any kind of knowledge. They are under the farcical notion that they already know all that is worth knowing. There are fools, and there are damned fools, and then there is MAGA.

Conservative Republicans do not read or study the Bible. Instead, they selectively reference the Bible to make it appear that they really know and understand what is in the Bible. Mike Johnson is a great example of someone who does this routinely.

Of course, saying that there will be no cuts to Medicare is a lie. Bur Mike Johnson is not really Speaker of the House. He's Trump's deputy in charge of the Republican caucus in the House. Johnson says whatever Trump wants him to say.

The only thing that was "obliterated" was any semblance of a functioning brain in Diaper Don's head.
comment in response to

I suspect Henry Kissinger is rolling in his grave, knowing that a person as abysmally stupid as Diaper Don now considers himself an expert on foreign relations. I'll still bet Trump couldn't find Iran on a map, and that is important.

Will someone tell dumbass that the DoD was never called the Dept. of War, that was the former title of what is now the Dept. of the Army.

Pam Bondi, the DOJ Barbie, has got to go! Her mandate, from Felon47, was to wreck the DOJ. Unfortunately, she is very effective, but most real Americans want DOJ that pursues justice, and that means pursuing people like Felon47 and Bondi.

I predict that the CIA, under John Ratcliffe, will produce an intelligence assessment of the bombing raid that will coincide with Diaper Don's statement that the Iranian facilities were "obliterated."

What a nitwit.

Zip-tying elderly people in wheelchairs is yet another indication of how un-American this country is becoming. Whoever authorized the zip-tying needs college-level courses in American history and civics. This would not have happened if Kamala was POTUS.

I agree with Aaron

What has become conservative dogma is to move all power away from the cities, the states, and the people and move power toward the White House. Congress has yielded nearly all it's power to the cult leader.

So, Sen. Collins is very concerned. But isn't that her standard response? She is always concerned, but then she votes with the pack against the interests of most Americans.

That's why I am a liberal.

I truly hope you're right, but this is a MAGA Senate. What is right, and what is ethical doesn't matter.

Defund and abolish ICE. Impeach Noem. Imprison Homan.

The solution to this outrage is to vote for a large Democratic majority in the Housw and Senate in November 2026.

Yes, Bove is probably the most unethical nominee for a federal judgeship, but that is to be expected in a Trump administration

You're probably right, and that is not just unfortunate, it is a national tragedy.

The quickest way to make America great again is to get conservative Republicans out of government.

Wonder how this country got itself into the mess in which we find ourselves?

And he expects the Nobel Peace Prize? The man is even more stupid, more brain-damaged than we thought. He should be in prison.
comment in response to

No one named Trump will ever get the Nobel Peace Prize. P.S.: Obama was a far better man and a far better president than Donald Trump can ever be.
comment in response to

Donald Trump? The loud-mouthed bully? The guy who tried to bully Zelensky? The nitwit who sent bombers to Iran? You've got to be kidding. He will never get the Nobel Peace Prize. Obama was a far better man than anyone named Trump.

"Trump got played." That's not a surprise.
comment in response to

Yes, that is the really scary part.

Trump didn't write that post. His grasp of English is far too tenuous. Additionally, I very much doubt that Iran and Israel came to him asking him to negotiate a settlement. Both countries surely know how mentally and emotionally unstable the man is.

I'm 86. I'm a USN retire . I still can't understand how American voters could have elected someone as POTUS who is so obviously unfit. And many of them still support his authoritarian administration. We need to start studying civics and history.
comment in response to

Well, of course he did! Cruelty is the point. But Texans reelected him because the majority of voters are conservatives of the white male type who are clueless.

ICE is out of control. SCOTUS doesn't care; they are preparing to go on vacation. Defund and abolish ICE and arrest every single agent who participated in these outrageous kidnappings.
comment in response to

He's pissed! But we will never know what really happened. Trump was so eager to claim credit for ending the war that his damaged brain was incapable of understanding what had (or had not) been negotiated. It's Article 25 time.
comment in response to
post
Was it a lie, or is he so far gone mentally that he didn't understand what had been negotiated? Either way, it's Article 25 time.
comment in response to

And this does not seem to bother the corrupt Roberts Court. They are busy preparing to go on vacation.
comment in response to

The Roberts Court, or would it be more appropriate to call it the Trump Court, needs a thorough housecleaning. Impeach Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh.

How would Graham know. He's like a windsock. In his case, he checks which way the political winds are blowing before speaking. The man is incapable of independent thinking.

In response to Diaper Don's advice to "Drill, baby, drill," I would counter with this advice to my liberal friends: "Vote, baby, vote."
comment in response to

Do we need any more evidence of how corrupt the Roberts court is?
comment in response to

My guess is that both are true. Some people are lying and our intelligence has not been good since. Gabbard and Ratcliffe took charge.

Another. Republican senators once said that if any senator was a tool of Russia, it would be Johnson. How do people like Johnson get elected.
comment in response to

What are Trump's demands? He demands that the world recognize him as king of the U.S.A. and master of the universe. This is another of his infantile temper tantrums. He is incapable of understanding the situation and unable to do the analysis needed to formulate a strategy.

I stand by my earlier comment that there was a domestic element in the decision to bomb the Iranian nuclear facilities.
