So yeah, even after a bunch of accidents that highlighted FAA staffing shortages they still went ahead and fired FAA staff. They don't know what they are doing.

It’s not what Trump posted that tells you where this is going; it’s how his people are responding to it that really tells you where this is going.

The only silver lining I see in all of these indiscriminate firings is that it gives Democrats an opportunity to make the positive case for a government that works. Not flashily, not loudly, but quietly holding everything together in the background. If only some Dems would start doing that.
