Safe to say reform’s success yesterday is due in no small part to the tacit support given to them by the BBC. The number of appearances by reform MPs on BBC’s politics programmes is totally disproportionate to their number of MPs.

With all these cyber attacks I think it would be a good time for all businesses, shops, pubs, restaurants etc to accept cash payments. Some don’t which I find ridiculous, stupid and disgraceful.

So, why do pavements have to go up and down to facilitate cars going onto their drives? Why don’t we have undulating roads and the pavements stay flat and a lot safer for the elderly and people with buggies or wheelchairs?

A vote for anyone but Labour helps Reform…simple.

UK could save billions by ending hunger – not slashing benefits www.bigissue.com/news/social-...

Plenty of us love to vote... when it's for Strictly or I'm A Celeb. But when it comes to politicians... we switch off. I get it... they make it feel pointless. But it’s not - it really matters. Get out in the sun and don’t forget your ID…😎 1/5

Amazing KINDER RISING swim trespass today attended by hundreds - remembering the unfinished business started by the Kinder Scout Mass Trespass in 1932, & calling on Labour to make history again by passing a Right to Roam Act. Great speech too by Labour MP @philbrickellmp.bsky.social!

Come on Britain - we’re letting the side down - stop buying Swasticars…..:)

UK's 'cruel' benefits system is 'ruining lives' and 'violating human rights', Amnesty report finds Amnesty International UK is urging the government to stop its plans for benefit cuts – as the social security system is already 'violating human rights' www.bigissue.com/news/social-...

You know hundreds and thousands the cake decoration, well which is which?

“trump envoy in russia to meet putin to reach deal on Ukraine”. Why? Surely the russians should be talking to the Ukrainians?!!

Reeves: Tariff-free deal with US still possible and Trump can ‘absolutely’ be trusted I’m not sure many would agree on the latter www.itv.com/news/2025-04...

Said it before and I’ll say it again, Trump is incredibly dim.

Happy St George's Day. A reminder that half of England is owned by less than 1% of the population. Some of these aristocratic landowners have inherited land since the Norman Conquest. England needs land reform and a strong Community Right to Buy! whoownsengland.org

So if we can’t trust a Labour government to look after the old, the disabled and the poor then we’re all going to hell.

Perfect.

Without trade unions we wouldn’t have • a minimum wage • maternity & paternity rights • pension provision • holiday & sickness entitlements victories which have benefited every single person in this country Join a union👇 www.tuc.org.uk/joinunion

If you rely on benefits to live it must be very worrying to know they may be cut or taken away. Even if they’re ultimately not affected the worry and stress is still there.

Something amazing happened to me yesterday. I went to a free concert at a local church - The Gustav Holst Ensemble - & half way through the second piece - Brahms Piano Quartet no. 3 - I noticed that tears were streaming down my face. A moment of absolute beauty. Never known anything like it.
