While that sounds annoying, you might as well test if Achievements/Trophies work on changing chapters too: a "Complete Chapter [number]" Trophy line is a -reasonable- testing option (from: Deltafakes), it can be easily tested repeatedly since you just gotta get to the end of each chapter credits
