Hey @kenwhite.bsky.social, a question about Eric Adams: could the remaining US Attorneys that have worked on his case transfer evidence to NY State prosecutors before they resign, so that NY could prosecute? I assume NY has analogous statutes they could charge?

I offer my gratitude to Danielle Sassoon, who resigned from her position as Interim US Attorney for the SDNY after being ordered to dismiss the indictment against Mayor Adams. She is a Federalist & a Scalia Clerk. She resigned out of fealty to the oath sworn by all DOJ attorneys, not politics.
