Dear you, please let this happen ๐Ÿ™

Knit with what you like! The point is that you enjoy it. Acrylic is accessible, easy to care for, and can be super soft. The sustainability argument can be fought on all sides honestly but in the grand scheme of things? Absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. Love the colors ๐Ÿฅฐ

Democrats should be working on this.

I believe all the knit picks, knitters pride, and knit pro needles fit the cords.

3d printed yarn bowl? I have a multichrome dragon one that my friend got my for Christmas that's so cute and I've already used it to keep my balls separate when doing color work. In that same vein, some sort of ball holder that spins.

There's the "just knitting" feed, "crochet and knitting ๐Ÿงถ " feed, "craftiverse", those are some of my faves. You can pin them to the top of your app and just swipe through. There's feeds for lots of different interests!

At $30+ per set I just can't justify it. I've always been an interchangeable set girly for the value of always having the size you need for one initial investment. I also love knitters pride since you can usually find other sizes on their own online for sale and they run about $10

Let us know how it goes! After all the sock knitting I've seen on here (and all the pretty sock yarn) I've been flirting with the idea of making some fun socks. I'd love to hear how you like the chiaogoos as that's what I would've gone with.

I am also interested in trying the addi flexitips (like bendy dpns) but the price has dissuaded me every time I go to get a set in one size.

I use the knitters pride short wood set. The combination of the needles and included cable are 16" and they don't come in small sizes so wouldn't be good for sock weight yarn. I know chiaogoo does 9" circulars specifically for socks.

I haven't done socks but I use small circumference interchangeable needles for sleeves. I can't wrap my mind around dpns and I always get laddering with magic loop so it's small circumference all the way. It can be hard on the hands since there's not much to hold on to so something to be aware of

I am so obsessed with cables! Must be my affinity for the fantasy genre and folklore. They just look like they could perform some sort of magic protection for the wearer. Looks great! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿงถ
