Sadly I cannot fill the questionnaire in as I don't know what the hell it's going on about and I have cognitive issues so it's a pain for me to read with me not understanding it.

for being this way. If I could work then I'd be working. No amount of money that they remove is going to cure me, it's going to make me worse if anything.

I have suffered with MH conditions since I was a child, I also have physical health conditions, these are due to trauma as a child and adult, I've tried various treatments, none helped, tried working, it made my health worse, I can't help being the way that I am and I feel like I'm being punished
