I'm in a housing program The guy here before me was here 5 yrs in the same program and became a menace to the whole building His caseworker did whatever needed to be done I don't know that all programs have caseworkers, but I'd think they would

Also, if you decide If he is a problem Id tell management or the owner and let them contact his housing people They have the rights, qualifications (usually) and resources to address it

Crisis/social services are great when needed But a whole lot of us get panicked and a lot of other things when those(or any unexpected) knocks happen on the door From trauma related to exactly those scenarios for a lot of us
