I might stop in tomorrow and see if anything happened. The clerk went out to tap on his windows and he sat up and gave a weird thumbs up but it still felt off to me. Ugh.

thanks!! i was doing about an hour, total body, various machines. decided to end with 2 miles on a recumbent bike to try to spare my broken toenail from 'running' or walking on the elliptical/treadmill.

so i finally looked into Whole30 and i definitely couldn't actually follow it. but i'm going to look through some of their recipes and see what might appeal to me, though. love having tons of yummy options in general!

i don't snack a lot, mostly at work (now) and it's usually fruit and/or pretzels or granola. don't snack at home 99.9% of the time

I still need to look that up. I'm trying to go with how my EveryPlate meals were set up. Protein, veggie, and a starch. Their meals were usually super filling too, which was nice to not still feel hungry after like some.

a treat. she hates his truck, but he has been so good to her since she came home. he's gentle and soft but ignored her when she was unsure but continued to be soft and not a threat. he smiles at her and me and never felt threatened by her. told him she's not afraid of him anymore and he seemed

I really don't think 1 day boycotts work well anyway so I didn't feel badly. Govt overhaul will happen, eventually, I hope. Once he screws up enough even his devoted realize somethings wrong.

i bought gas. and wine. though we weren't "supposed" to. i needed help buying gas so couldn't get it Thurs. wine, well......i have an issue sometimes but this administration has me declining fast. sigh. i don't support 'him' but we need an overhaul in general. on sooo many things x_x

i dunno how long they've been doing this, offhand. they started by just finding cars to pull to help clean up the environment and ppl came to them asking for help finding ppl. so they branched out. their yt is Adventures with a Purpose 💖

trying to eat as clean as i can and honestly i can tell, now, when i eat 'badly'. might be tasty, but makes me feel weird after. focusing much more on food over exercise and i feel the difference soooo much more!

ordered tahini sauce from a woman owned company to try to make my own hummus. can't wait!! mom had beets so i wanted to make beet hummus but we'll see. i might need to get more beets lol. excited, tho, bc you can make sooo many types of hummus!
