My soul dog was half Jack Russell, half dachshund and she was that active. I will miss that precious girl forever. My fosters are both like the living lump in the hallway. LOL

Nice to meet you. WaPo is an excellent newspaper with phenomenal staff. I have a small history in journalism and was fortunate to work under Editor DC Dennison of the Boston Globe on a side project. Few understand how exceptional one must be to make it to WaPo, NYT, etc. 👋 WaPo never lost me.

Libraries have books, but they also have trained staff to help people in other venues. There are computers for job search, the ability to access email for those without internet, etc. Perhaps better messaging would help. "Books AND so much more."

Our community library offers a wide variety of meetings from kids learning to crochet to free writing and editing classes a group of published indie authors and an editor who offer free weekly classes on the craft of writing.
