LA 当地气候致使的森林大火，实在不太理解这和 DEI 到底有什么关系。
关于后半段，我想说 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion 的主要影响真的是负面的吗。恐怕得亲自感受当地文化才能了解。
至少根据我的认知，以及来自身居美国数十年的亲戚反映，并没有感受到 “多数人对其印象不佳”。政治化和媒体报道放大了这种负面声音。它倡导的是 ”创造平等机会”，而非保证结果平等，况且不能因为执行中的某些问题就全盘否定其价值。
能够凝聚来自不同文化背景及观点的人群，建设包容、有归属感的社会，这些我认为正是中国所应当改进的。
