Just another person escaping the X binfire. Left wing, and most of the assumptions you’ve just made about that are true. He/him.

Daft little boys who treat politics as a game or a TV drama because they’re so well insulated and in a privileged group.

Sometimes, idiots just meet to be told they’re being idiotic and then left to figure out why by themselves. Enjoy your logical fallacy soup, and don’t forget to lick that jackboot you’re looking forward too so much!

No, I just said “tax the rich”. Your rejoinder is the same as saying “All Lives Matter”, or “Not All Men” and that’s why it pisses off people with at least moderate cognitive ability.
comment in response to post
We’re already doing a lot more than “fuck all”. Nobody is suggesting zero tax for non-billionaires. But you did make up stuff that I didn’t say and then attack me for it. And no, dogma doesn’t just, or even primarily, come from the extremes. It’s the orthodoxy. The norm.

It does work. The places that do this are more equal and have happier citizens.

It’s not an argument or a debate, and I’m not looking for one. It’s just a statement.

This is not about the effectiveness of political campaigns “galaxy brain”.
comment in response to post
It’s not untrue, just misses the point entirely.

Love this game. Best thing I’ve played in years. Going to seek out Zero Dawn soon.

Are you going for “most misnamed account on Bluesky?”

If you are seriously comparing totalitarian Erdogan’s trumped up charges with those brought by the EU then you are even dumber than first feared.

Justice like imposing penalties on people who embezzle public funds?

When will you support holding fascist criminals to account, Yanis?
comment in response to post
This is what happens when you allow a convicted criminal to run for high office, isn’t it, Yanis.
comment in response to post
Idiot.
comment in response to post
You really are a bloody idiot.

This makes not even a fraction of an ounce of sense.

You got that right.

As has often been pointed out, anyone using that emoji is currently angrier than they ever have been before.

If you made a take out of dog excrement, mixed it with cyanide, rinsed it with rat urine and then set it on fire then it still wouldn’t be as bad as this.

Mate - X is over there. Piss of with your Do yOuR oWn ReSeArCh crap. It doesn’t work over here.
comment in response to post
He keeps on saying “right” like he’s trying to tell us something about himself…
comment in response to post
Ah, you’re an incel. That makes more sense. This isn’t X, dude. You’re on the wrong site.
comment in response to post
Sorry, are 50% fascists now? You said it was only 33% before.
comment in response to post
Yes. That’s why you’re happy to cosy up to them. Funny how that’s always the case that those who think we should compromise with fascists are cis white men.
comment in response to post
It’s one of the examples of the ways in which they are both evil. If you want to make the case of why one is more evil than the other, go ahead. If not, it becomes a choice between two evils, neither of which is lesser.
comment in response to post
You’re clinging to the veneer, while the substance is hollowed out. We will see in a few short months which of us “understand US politics” but, either way, my conscience will be clear because I’ve never advocated compromising with fascists. Have the day you deserve.

…by institutions and companies, so the court victories are ignored, the system is swamped by the sheer volume of illegality, and risk ultimately being overturned by the Supreme Court who will do whatever Trump says.
comment in response to post
Have those people deported to ElSalvador come back? Or those rounded up by ICE been re-appeared? Or the trans people who have had their identities changed and been denied healthcare had these restored? The Trump govt is ignoring due process, and the executive orders are being internalised…
comment in response to post
Cosying up to fascists is not “participating in society”. It’s really unfortunate that both Google and Apple have supported Trump. I would like to support a viable smartphone OS maker who doesn’t support Trump, but one doesn’t exist AFAIK. Alternatives to courting fascists do exist.
comment in response to post
You want to engage with fascists, not progressives. Yes, I know. That’s why I directed you to membership of the GOP.
comment in response to post
Hi Jeremy - Yanis Varoufakis, who you frequently share a platform with, agrees with Marine LePen that she should be allowed to run for high office despite being a convicted criminal. Do you agree with Yanis and Marine, or not?
comment in response to post
Spouting this after all you’ve said is objectively hilarious.

People are suffering and dying already. The constitution is not winning. The Trump regime is successfully amassing all the tools it needs to complete the totalitarian takeover of the US government. Companies and institutions are already pre-emptively complying with fascism. Due process has gone.

I didn’t ask a question. And you literally just did the meme:
comment in response to post
I mean, are you quite alright? You seem really rather confused.
comment in response to post
I cited the exact post where you did what I said you did. I have never suggested shouting at anyone.
comment in response to post
When you put a vote in a box for a fascist who has openly expressed fascist policies is literally saying “I like fascism and I want it to happen”. That’s what voting for something does - expresses support for it. It’s honestly impressive how hard of understanding you are.
comment in response to post
That’s quite a leap. I hope you warmed up first.
comment in response to post
You have posted here, on this public forum, two posts up that Trump voters are unintelligent. Your assumption about my life is hilariously wrong.
comment in response to post
Ah, the condescending prickery of the know it all centrist. Is going up to Trump voters and calling them idiots part of your grand strategy? Just go join the GOP already. You just need to keep shouting “pick me” real hard.
comment in response to post
Everyone who votes for a fascist is a fascist. Everyone who associates with a fascist is a fascist. If you are at an event, and fascists are there and not getting kicked out, you are part of a fascist event. Appeal to the two-thirds who hate fascists, dumbass.
comment in response to post
*cosying, obviously
comment in response to post
The more you associate with fascists the more you drive progressive people away from voting for you. Build your own good ideas and they will come.
comment in response to post
You should start by being actually left of centre and proposing left wing policies, rather than being marginally left of fascists, sometimes. People see Dems. They know who you are and don’t much care for it. Keep meeting fascists half way and you just become demi-fascists. Be good. Win that way.
comment in response to post
You’re just tribal. Sit down.
comment in response to post
It’s a bit like national socialism.

Hi folks - could you please stop promoting products that fund the rise of fascism. I’m sure you know which company I mean. Stop not just because of any commercial decision, but because it’s the morally right thing to do. Thanks!
