1) You increased my monthly direct debit by 132%, from £50 to £116, without my knowledge or consent.
2) Your call centre employee insisted the increase was based on actual, not estimated, electricity use but this turned out to be false.
They can take all the energy I provide, and THEY decide if or when they'll start paying for it?
