100%!!! Real or not, if a reply is upsetting you or making you angry, It's usually not worth it replying. Block and move on! Last month I got spammed by bots when I was just trying to raise awareness about Epilepsy and some of them replied to me with really hurtful stuff, I just blocked them all.
