Check your intentions so you will be aware of when you are acting from a place of wisdom and when you are acting from a place of ego. Often, people act from both, so be kind to yourself. Put your phone down when you drink coffee or tea. Learn to experience the experience.

You bring a lot of energy into the world around you. Be careful, because it can be overwhelming. As a whole, though, people think of you as lovable. Maybe spend some time in nature. Try sitting under a tree and breathing.

If you continue putting words on paper, the quality of the words will improve. Sometimes labors of love are a slog - you might need to rest your mind by staring at a wall and letting your brain have free rein to be dumb. Trying to be perfect exhausts the spirit.

Money will someday be no object for you. Until then, you will have to carry on and do your best to make wise choices. The wise choice is what eases suffering in the long run. In the short term, laughter will sustain you.

You will get better at accepting love if you practice loving yourself. You will know your own perfection if you see your flaws as deserving of compassion. You can get through this. It will be easier if you buy yourself flowers every once in a while.

Drink some water. Check on your friends. Tell your loved ones they are loved. You’re in for a slog, and your best bet is to love as much as you can so this shit will be bearable. Don’t make it weird, though.

It is easy to see the enemy as subhuman. If you treat them like people, they are more likely to return the favor. If not, well, fuck ‘em. You tried.

Your sense of humor can get you into and out of trouble. It is a fire that can draw people in or burn bridges. Let go of cruelty and laugh at the absurdity of life. There is enough of it that you will never run out of material.

Your intelligence comes with a brilliant sense of humor, but it’s wasted on most people. It is important for you to find people who get you, because they will be your refuge in this world. Be kind to yourself, but be careful not to indulge in egotism.

Wear good perfume so you will bring some pleasantness with you wherever you go. In the morning, set the intention to work as kindly as you can. Renew the intention after lunch. Trust your gut about people, but don’t be difficult unless you have to. If you need to, be difficult as hell.

You will live a relatively average life in chaotic times, but the quality of it will be immeasurable if you greet life with curiosity and love. Also, check your oil.

Maybe. I’m kind of annoyed by all the self professed Christians who balk at the words of Jesus, so I’m encouraging people to be followers of Christ instead.

You will continue to be annoyed as you make the world a kinder, better place for the people you serve

Your authenticity means you will burn like a beacon until your dying breath. It is, therefore, important that you exercise compassion and caution because the fire that warms can also destroy.

If you follow your Savior, you will easily reach Heaven - though it may seem hard at the time. If you listen to people who speak His name but not His words, you will have an easy trek into hell.

You will continue to do good work but labor in obscurity unless you’re willing to speak honestly about what you have accomplished

If you look at memes before you go in and share your favorites, work will be tolerable.

Things will get worse before they get better, but there will be pockets of joy that help you endure. Be kind to yourself, drink plenty of water, and don’t be ashamed to ask for a hug if you need one.

Carry on, wayward son. There will be peace when you are done. Let your weary head rest, and cry no more.

You are worthy of your own love and friendship. It just feels like bullshit because that’s the way things feel when you’re unlearning old habits.
