感觉你有点过于敏感和焦虑了诶，或许可以尝试找个方式转移一下自己的注意力？接着就是劝说自己把自己的心态放平一点，其实就朋友而言，彼此之间的好意应该是毫无条件的，是相互的，便没有必要解释太多，也就没有必要去患得患失（当然这个或许不太适用，毕竟我也不知道你的成长经历和你的心理状态）至于占有欲，我想还是自己有些不自信，害怕失去导致的，因此便开始内耗。所以个人认为告别内耗的方式就是先让自己的精神世界变得充盈和强大，然而具体方法我也不太清楚orz总之，在过度焦虑的时候，索性暂时放下手机，干一些其他的事情吧，祝好
