New scenario goal: reverse desertification

Going by the shock doctrine attitude of the past several weeks, I fully anticipate that RFKjr will reschedule the vaccines to remove access to them and they will use it as an opportunity to direct outrage to this such event while they do something else even more heinous.

Elon Musk reposted this comic from someone that had edited the last frame to remove the throne. Ominous and terrifying.

Of course winning the game must be based grimly on how many children make it to their destination as well.

And? Neither is capitalism.

Really nice effect. I do wonder if it would feel even more impactful with a slightly longer and bright flash. Camera shake gives it a really nice impact feeling either way.

Pretty neat visualizer. I'll have to check this out.

This feels like it could use some qwop type frustration, like the king is an idiot and always putting himself in bad situations, like 'mash the f key 10 times in a second to perform the heimlich', or 'press the middle row keys in a sweeping motion to wave your dagger back and forth'

I was going to suggest a 2 player 2 tower Jenga style tame but i think I just wound up describing jenga mixed with castle defense

LOL, of course Will Ferrell would be the main character to that game.

The weather here seems really well integrated into the art style. Does it also impact driving?

The Onion is supposed to be funny parody. Not terrifyingly accurate...

Gotta have the kid that thinks he can invent new things but they all just kinda... suck. The kid that makes his armor and weapons out of cardboard. And the kid thats really good at shuffling their feet to make static shocks.

This is really mesmerizing. It feels rather familiar while being incredibly abstract and unique strangely. I like it.

I can't quite pin down why these feel like photographs while at the same time clearly being illustrations. This is in interesting balance. Great work! Happy to see more of this.

I just hope its not too late by the time they realize. I guarantee in the first few weeks here, Trump is vetting his generals to get rid of anyone that doesn't come off with near strict loyalty. The hiring freeze for federal workers is 100% about implementing loyalty requirements in hiring. Scary AF

I agree and fully embrace this already but it feels strongly that the masses, despite likely agreeing more with the left on policy, have been pacified into inaction and apathy. The peasantry put up with feudal kings and landlords for over 1000 years. That keeps me awake at night.

The sad thing is, what even is there to fight this? (beyond the unmentionable)

This is a very intriguing piece. What makes this?

Meanwhile, all the conservatives that were mad 5 seconds ago about Musk and his love of H1B exploitation can't help themselves in running to protect him from being called out as a Nz after doing a clear a hell Nz salute.

How about a game where crime was beaten down and a life of peace has set in, but then the former super heroes, growing older and greedier in their old age, become the villains that a new group of crappy wanna-be super heroes have to try and fight. The Has-Beens vs. The Never-wases

Do you fire this into a ragdoll? Because id kinda like to see a 2 inch barrel firing a 2000kg cartridge.

Interesting, so you have a parts designer/modifier in your game for firearms? Can I have a 50' gun barrel?

Looks very period appropriate for 99/00. Did you go with folded/rolled IDE cables or is it the more typical fun mess of things?

Had a similar idea once that I started making as a FN Creative map (didn't finish) where you were in a large open plane, there were enemy monsters all around you and you can see them, but all the walls to the maze you are in, are invisible.

it's called SVFR, it combines video face restoration, inpainting, and colorization into a single method

GW-BASIC is unfortunately the first language I learned. You'd buy these big books of coding projects and it would make it sound fun, 'write a pong game', and you'd retype the entire project from the printed code in the book. And you'd suck cause you're a kid and hate coding after 3 hours of failing.

Good god, you might as well make it a game where you have 2000 lines of code, ever word written is an ObNoxiOuS form of camelcase and you have to find the one wrong variable name. No debugger allowed.

Yeah, I don't know what it is about that little rural town but something just hits right. I used to have that as a background on my computer long ago.

How about a game where you're a crappy contractor and you have to hide all the horrible work you've done in the least expensive way possible and part of the game is distracting the home owner of how crappy your work is. The game title will be "Real Life Contracting".
