Well there were US college football players called Jerome Fruithandler and Crescent Dragonwagon, so your list looks perfect to my eyes.

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free," Oh yeah, sure. I’m guessing this message needs to be removed from America’s front door now.

The words “a bit” doing some heavy lifting there.

If memory serves, Blobby was an entertainment tv construct specifically aimed to fool targeted individuals. Sounds about right.

The phrase “he knows the price of everything and the value of nothing” was designed for these people.

Standard reply guy here, so ignore at will. There were times when I’d get distracted by the ‘one take’ technique, instead of being engrossed in the drama. I could have done without that. A few judicious cuts would have stopped the technical marvels being ‘a thing’ without disrupting the flow.

“A wank, I think”

Assuming that was aimed at me…

No one seems to point out to these people who use the phrase “move fast and break things” as some sort of genius solution for the world, is that someone has to come along afterwards and pick up the pieces.

A distinct Bikini Kill vibe there. Fab sound. Thank you for your service. “….join up for the sweary-themed political insights, stay for the riot grrrl recommendations.”

But you seem self-aware. So this isn’t aimed at you. Go in peace, my friend.🙂 Regards Someone who works in Finance.

I see the Dunning Kruger effect demonstrated by these people on an almost daily basis. It’s ignorance as a super power. As you say, chilling.

There’s the letter of the law and there’s the “massive thick-headed hammer with a nail in it to squash a walnut” letter of the law.

I was thinking. Has Stephen Graham ever had a major role in anything that was sh*t? Not in my experience. Astonishing body of work.

Oh wow, how have I never seen this before? That’s just beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing. ❤️ FYI for me, John Candy smiling is one of nature’s wonders. I was hoping it gave off a positive and friendly vibe. Looks like it worked.🙂

This is one of those wonderful social media Venn diagram-type moments when I discover that two very different things that i’m interested in actually share the same space. ❤️

Reading things like this always makes the council estate, working class chip on my shoulder twitch like a motherf*cker.

Hmm that’s a bit like comparing chalk with cheese. Where the chalk drops a lit match, whilst on a tinder dry wooden escalator, covering up decades of old grease deposits.

Sounds like that should be followed with the words “shame if anything bad happened to it.”

Imagine the conversation. “That’s an interesting suggestion, Mr. Tracy. The thing is the show is called ‘Batman’…so, y’know…”

Good work. Reminds me of my favourite bit of Home Alone 2 movie trivia posted on IMDB a few years ago (post sadly now deleted, but I grabbed a screenshot of it)
