A couple of points about the spec you listed, it doesn't leave much in the room for future upgrades. The am4 socket is basically discontinued, so if go to upgrade the CPU, you'd need a new motherboard, ram and CPU.
If you can, an am5 platform to give more life out the system.

I was an Intel person, until I had bsod and USB3 controller compatibility issues on the on the x79 platform, I transitioned to an amd am4 platform with an 5950x and I've been loving computing life since, at this rate I don't think I'll ever go back to intel

I now avoid my local hungry jacks (burger king) because 4 times in a row the day after getting their crispy chicken burger I became a crook as a dog. The 3rd time it happened I was sus, the 4th time was a controlled test to confirm.
