I mean if he owns it, then it's less of a jerk move to confront her. Still far from the best way to handle it, and if he does own it, he painted himself and his gym in a bad light.

That said, he's mostly off-screen when the phone kick happens. So...there's no real way to know for sure what happened there. Benefit of the doubt, she should still seek recompense from him for the phone.

Recording in the gym in general is bad form. And I watched the original video, the kick to the phone looked accidental to me. He was backing away from her and the side of his foot hit the thing.
He still shouldn't have confronted her like that, though. Get management if rules are being broken.

Only fire starter I never wanted to take was Litten, personally. Incineroar just isn't my style.
