lol it's bonkers it took me almost SIX years to get panic attack mostly figured out. I'm on break at my job thinking man... there's an actual structure and loop FINALLY. the issue actually lies around assets. how and what I made have dictated the design, not the other way around. I goofed lol.

I don't probably talk about how much of Panic Attack! is all me asset wise. battle animations, sound effects, and some landscape stuff isn't. but the characters, music, most backgrounds... "yeah I did thaaaaaaaaat" lol.

decided to change how you get extra turns on Panic Attack!... instead of it being like say, Press Turn, it'll be more like Xenosaga boost stuff. tho I'll have to do it a little differently in rpg maker. adding turns is super easy, but doing with buttons like the Xenosaga games, not sure on that.

at the end of 2024, I beat Octopath 2 with like 100 plus hours in it. I haven't played any games hardly since then. I've been either working on my own game... or sleeping lol. but, I think I need a short break from Panic Attack!, or more so I need to just add a game in there to play. nothing huge

I swear, I wish certain factions of stuff I'm into would get off twitter lol. I really hate even having to be on their just to catch any FGC info... youtu.be/wAvnC3F-o-g?... I kinda hate that Smash music moved away from this literally the next game in a sense. like Smash 64 in general had a old school arcadey vibe to me, especially looking back. Melee was a lot more orchestral in spots (which isn't bad), but man... this was so good.

I absolute love some of the tracks in the Unlimited SaGa OST. the final boss is like a top 10 favorite songs PERIOD for me. but my God if the game isn't a mess lol. working on the first "hub" like world for the first area of Panic Attack!... the areas in said hub are done. I just need to connect 'em with the hub. the idea for this one is wrestling, so you have to win belts to proceed between the 3 main areas in the hub. I want some creative belt situations here
