I was really moved by you compassionate interview. My father (yes we’ve spoken on air) was Kindertransport & coincidentally my brother is a Consultant at GOSH! At some point the link between Syria, Afghanistan & other countries which have been destabilised by Putin; the subsequent flood of refugees

The destabilising of the EU & Brexit needs an airing. As we’re well aware; Russia has sought to separate the UK as a political aim. It worked & we still see the fallout today.

That interview was powerful and a very important lesson in exactly how broken our country is. The fact that someone is so desperate to save their child is incredible and the fact that the UK has willfully denied the opportunity to travel here legally to so many is even worse.
