I love to hate on Bezos - the guy is inhumanly evil - but the Washington Post cost Bezos 1/1000th of his current net worth. He could buy and zero-out a similarly-sized business every day for an entire year and still be worth more than $100 billion at the end of it.

No one should have that much $.

And Amazon has seen a decline in revenue BUT it doesn’t really matter because Bezos is so obscenely wealthy that he is shielded from poor judgement & market failure.
