A Skadden attorney resigned today, citing the firm’s decision to strike a deal with Trump amid pressure campaign on law firms.
“[I]f my employer cannot stand up for the rule of law, then I cannot ethically continue to work for them,” the former Skadden lawyer, Brenna Trout Frey, wrote on LinkedIn.

Obeying. In. Advance. will come back to haunt them.
It truly is up to the women to have balls….
Unconstitutional Executive Orders are not the law.
Actions like hers and Jenner inspire courage.
Law graduates that receive Skadden Fellowships will represent a wide range of political views, including conservative ideals.
Meaning, “Only republican ideals which align with trump will be offered fellowships”.
She will have more business than most dream of.
Unwilling to cower and willing to depart from a formerly respected law firm that’s sacrificed its principles for profits.
Also hope the opposite is true for the cowards who stay.
"Politically disenfranchised groups who have not historically received legal representation from major national law firms"
I can guess .. but still need a translation.
I'm mom to 3 boys.
Take heart dear ones!
Women showing the way.

In the past 30 days if a big law firm paid "Trump Inc." 20 million would we know it?
Should we have the right to know that?
With the recent SCOTUS rulings I wonder.
Here is a little tip, in the future perhaps do a little research, before application to a firm. Like this:
United States v. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, Plea agreement
Not altogether surprised it came from a woman, either.
I want an all female cabinet to show men what they already know.
Unlike all of the other Skadden attorneys.
and ONE (one) resigned ?
what fucking ever
As in "She's really got big ovaries."
Firms like Skadden can no longer adequately represent their clients because they're too weak to even defend themselves.
The SCOTUS decision about Harvard focused on affirmative action in admissions; if anything, it made clear DEI efforts in higher Ed were legal. And neither that decision or an EO governs a private law firm.

Leadership.
The appeasers deserve to lose all their best lawyers & clients!

Skadden: "Have you considered just paying them off? Hire us, and we'll negotiate a fair amount on your behalf."
