The truth is, there is only one language that Labour speaks and that is the language of political pain. For so long as Keir Starmer thinks we'll all go crawling back to Labour at the next Election he will continue to court the Reform vote. We need to tell him we won't.

Comparing a country's economy with a household budget is stupid.
They used it to be racist, transphobic and attack disabled people.
That’s not stuff they’ve not fixed yet. It is choices they actively made. They’re like Tories, but better at it.
It's childish to defend them on the basis that we should all just ignore the bad stuff because the previous govt was bad too.
This is a policy that was started by the Tories, as part of their fascist crackdown on protests and dissidence.
There is no reason for this policy to continue, and yet under labour it does.
Could you and your cognitive dissonance explain?

One of their voter base who has “nowhere else to go” who has gone elsewhere.
you get that this is why everybody hates you labour cultists, right?
you are political illiterates.
It is the arrogance of power and privilege leading to a refusal to tolerate criticism and dissent.
What should be learned from the US - and the UK - is that when both parties lurch to the right, you get a more right wing government.
i hate labour bcos they're just continuing the tory crap.
when are you ppl gonna get that through your thick skulls.
this isn't a labour government. it's a tory government with tory policies doing real harm to real ppl and their communities.
What I say is that the UK will end up there eventually, Labour has already moved to the right, if Labour knows that people will vote for them no matter what.
LibDems and tbe greens need to be alternatives.
First and…
Even if we were to stop noticing this, their behaviour will cause voters to desert them and bolster reform.
It is not criticism which will do that.
It’s a conundrum.
Hard Brexit, austerity etc.

David Greaber 2020.
Next GE it is OVER for Labour
This is their chance to offer something progressive
They are not going to do it
Progressive patience only stretches so far

They won with-or-without The Liberal Democrats.
As for students... Reversing tuition fees was a Liberal Democrats manifesto pledge. The coalition of 2010-2015 obviously wasn't a Liberal Democrats government.
...Unlike Labour winning a *majority* government in 2001; pledging no increases to tuition fees in their manifesto that year - and then later increasing tuition fees in 2003.

It’s back to front thinking at best. Blatant cruelty at worst.
There is no damn need for it.
The cruelty won’t stop.
Which affects all groups who can afford to save. Without proper social care for the elderly, some people save as much as you can to cover those costs because Labour sure as hell aren’t going to apply funding for it.
The duopoly is the problem. You can’t solve that by voting for the duopoly.
💚💚💚💚
There will be less disabled people thanks to current Labour policies long before 2029.
Fuck Labour, didn't vote for them last time because their policies stank and I'm NEVER voting Labour again.
I honestly think Starmer's team would be happier losing to Tories/Reform that shifting leftward.
They’ve even bragged about it, since they felt powerful enough, not have to to scream that it was all a baseless conspiracy theory
Sadly I think Reform will benefit the most.
Labour needs to think hard about the road ahead.
And, if you can, please support our work. We are people powered - and have no major funders. We can do nothing without you. https://goodlawproject.org/
Good luck and keep fighting the good fight
But like in the US the UK right squeal that it's 'socialism' or too left wing.
Any change of direction would be cosmetic only, they will always try to solve problems like 2015 Tories…

These loons forget that trans people are *people* with real lives. They’re not points on a graph or just some culture war fantasy.
It only works with 1/3 of the electorate, but Lab, Tories & Deform are all wrestling over them 🔥🇬🇧
I think this is who Labour are. Expect 5 years of this.
Like Sunak didn't bother with doing the alliance with farrago last time. Perfectly happy to hand it off to capable hands that won't change a bean.
If people voted for what they wanted instead of the name or colour of the party, maybe we wouldn't have been left in this mess. 🙁
Someone with intent on gaining extra power
I'll most likely vote Greens. At leat they don't want to kill everyone.
Sadly I think Lab's been captured by capitalist power, and most of the intelligent ones will jump that way. I look to the Green Party for actual political integrity, plus indies, Plaid, some LDs
(PR is already a Green policy)
*plus Labour have zero interest in changing that
He needs to check some Mark Carney posts to see better how it should be done
@eddavey.libdems.org.uk @libdemdaisy.bsky.social
Am pro #RejoinEU, #PR & #TransRights. I can't vote Labour any more.
We want @labouruk.bsky.social
to stop dithering and:
1. curb extreme capitalism by taxing the 1%
2. restore - in any way - tariff-free trade and FOM with Europe
3. restore the NHS
4. Get private equity out of public services
5. Undo Reeves SMB tax
Labour can feck off and stew in the same pot of hate as the Tories and Reform.
Then the government actually needs to offer something positive to voters, rather than relying on being the less bad option.
And if the government can’t offer that, we can all vote for a party that will.
https://greenparty.org.uk/about/our-core-values/
Professionally, I lead the procurement and implementation of complex IT programmes.
Given the minimal resources available to the Greens, my experience is that they are relatively organised and effective.
Or is that not what you meant?
Labour needs to listen to its core supporters , otherwise a Keir will bookend the party.
It's not going to suddenly work, especially as they lost multiple seats and a sizeable portion of their vote share despite having the last election handed over on a plate.
https://greenparty.org.uk/about/our-core-values/
Millions more could easily have voted Green last time and Labour would still have gotten in but we would have ended up with more Green MP's and councillors.
Support Plaid and the SNP just to remind Labour that pandering to Little England Bigots will destroy the Party.
America is no longer a trusted ally.
It's clearly in our best interests to #RejoinEU
If they don't change tac then we'll vote tactically to get them OUT and LibDems and TheGreenParty IN!

Farage persuaded the Redwall that all their ills were the caused by the EU.
Now that there are no EU grants etc. he's trying to persuade them that their only salvation is his Reform Ltd.
Meanwhile he's touting Trump's Oligarchy.
Yes, we're really that stupid.
Labour and their sycophantic supporters,
gaslight and lie about this, while enacting eugenics.
Dropped my party membership a few years back when Starmer refused to address transphobia in the party.
My vote is gone as well now after the anti-trans and ableist rhetoric and policies.
Won’t be sacrificing my principles again…
This is the whole of British politics.
All of this lot will be directors on international boards and in the house of Lords.
Worked once, won't again.
Betrayed once.....
Incremental good deeds are fine, but the direction of travel, tone, comms, energy, ability to distinguish friend from enemy etc are all way off.

Before someone is correctly diagnosed with ADHD they will "on average" be incorrectly dx with 4 other health conditions. I was lucky I was only dx wrongly three times. 2 of my paternal cousins weren't so lucky. They took their own lives
Yet the centrist twits are still saying “give them a chance”
