You're right though, the ellipsis indicates an unwell human most likely. I have however seen the run-on disordered thinking appearing returns from LLMs on a long prompt.

Making datasets like this for the express purpose of AI training and experimentation is antisocial, anti human behavior and it’s shameful. It leads to a shittier internet for everyone and it is a main reason so many platforms have locked down. It should not be tolerated
