If the race were closer, RCV would be very helpful, but it's not. Cuomo is so far ahead that the psychological effect is that he's inevitable and voters can't get excited about a viable alternative. I swear to god, I cannot stand progressives who don't get this basic concept. It astonishes me.

Ma'am, I don't having a disability disqualifies someone and should never disqualify someone. Sen. Duckworth doesn't have a disability that either keeps her from doing the job or signals that she wouldn't be able to do the job.
