The Wheel of Time show getting canceled is sad because season 3 was on such an upswing for me. I doubt we will ever get another chance at adaptation in my lifetime, and I'd be surprised if any epic fantasy gets picked up either.

A bunch of zoomers complaining new switch games are going to be 80$ and I agree that sucks. But also I remember that being the cost for like, Super Nintendo games. Also Diablo 4 was like 90$ so you could play early. Anyway my point is that gamers this happens to you because you keep paying.

Just watched WoT S3E4, and I am blown away. This season adapts my favorite book of the series, and this episode, my favorite part in the books. Literally gripped my chest seeing something come to life. The people working on this show did such an incredible job. #WheelOfTime

i feel so much rage whenever people try to justify LLM use in art by saying well what about disabled people? disabled people make art every day. they often do utilize tools to help them create. but they don't need a machine to make art for them, and that's all an LLM can do for a writer.
