Honestly I've felt this way since the first rumblings of gamergate, but feel like fandoms ruin things for me. The constant show negativity ruined the several Wheel of Time communities I was in.

People like "Oh I hope the next adaptation will be more faithful" and I just keep thinking, why would any studio ever pay to adapt epic fantasy ever again. Time and again fans are fickle, picky, want a direct translation that is un-filmable. When it doesn't make expectations they throw a fit.

I'm sad I didn't get one, but I'm hopeful for the May 8th wave. If not maybe I'll get one before Christmas

Judge should have known to not talk to cops.

It will almost certainly end up being, "these people deserve due process but because they are out of the country now they dont get that, and the president has broad immunity, no consequences." and those people will be fucked, unless el salvador decides to send them back.

These numbers are gonna ruin your children and grand children's lives (because of your unhealthy fixation with a number that means nothing)

If you want to have fun and pay less, please go out and buy indie games; I see a ton of fun games that are like 10-30 bucks from single person or small studios.

Unfortunately the numbing factor in our lives isn't some pill you can convince people not to take. If only it was that easy.

Oh man I'd love Farscape level prosthetics and Muppets for the movie.

I think The Tick was created as a response to Frank Miller style dark, gritty comic books.

I would like an adaptation of Link to the Past. Boy lives with uncle. Uncle goes to the castle on a stormy night, boy follows, finds his uncle dying. Gives message. Boy sneaks into castle to find Ganon(dorf?) attacking king, helps princess escape, gets put into alternate reality.

These people can't wrap their head around trans existence being a self acceptance thing and not a fetish because they fetishize trans people.

It comes from someone else buying the shit being shoveled out. Its a hot potato scam. Everyone realized it with NFT's. Crypto keeps coming back because people want it to not be, because they have a financial interest in it not being a scam.

This is a lie, when I was a kid I could open a savings account and get like 0.5% back; because the prime rate was like 0%. People get into crypto because its the lottery, a few people make a ton of money and sell that dream that you too can win the lottery. But that money doesn't come from nowhere.
