Everyone needs electricity, less have gas. Moving the levies to gas where they should be and removing them from electricity will balance the bills outs, higher gas but smaller electricity bill

We now have the computing power to separate out each form of power generation and build up a consumer cost based on each form. We could then list every form of power on the bill and show the cost per unit for each.
