Wow. This is next level. Guessing a hot spring of some sort.

Oof missed that part in your OP! Web components are pretty slick. I'll give it a closer look. Thanks for the heads up!

Nice. I'm planning on doing the same (whenever I actually get around to finishing my site). Did you use a library or roll your own solution?

I'm really enjoying your posts from this project, Klaus. This one is fantastic. Love the colors, and the little highlight with the mountains peeking through in the background.

This is really nice, Martin. I really like how you framed up these interesting trees.

This is really great, Jabi! I'm curious which part of the Rockies this is from?

Thanks, Sherri! I had a lot of fun experimenting there.

Beautiful shot, Armand. Love everything about this!

Awesome. I haven't heard many people complain about their rooftop setups. We'd love to get one of those sweet decked out cargo vans, but that'll have to wait until we win the lottery.

I pay about $20/mo for 3TB using Synology C2. Still trying to tweak my workflow a bit, but it's super easy.

Glad you had backups! My favorite purchase of the year was a Synology NAS. Everything is backed up to redundant local drives and synced to the cloud nightly. Peace of mind without having to think about anything. The 3-2-1 rule is so important for crucial data!

How do you like your rooftop tent? I've decided to get one, but have only started looking into it!

Thanks! I love these conditions. They're so much fun to work with.

There is a really good block list for a lot of these content scrapers here (including that account): bsky.app/profile/did:...
Make sure you block and don't just mute!

These are awesome. I have the pinhole lens for my Intrepid 4x5, and have got a couple of good shots with it, but portability is an issue. Now you have me looking at these 😅

I love mornings like this, just before a storm rolls in. These types of clouds are good for that!

Thanks, Mike. I'm happy you like it! It's a beautiful spot to get away to.

Man, this would be a great shot even without the bison.

It's one of my favorite places to be. I just wish it wasn't so hard to get to in the winter!

Cool shot! The city in the left-center of the frame is where I live. Hope you had a great time in CO :)

I don't know much about architecture, but I do know he designed a building very close to where I live. The National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado. I had no idea the same architect designed the Louvre Pyramid!

What a beautiful mountain! Great shot. I love the lake bed detail in the foreground.

Ooh thanks. I just printed a couple of color test prints with the sample pack I got from them. That type wasn't in the pack, but I really like how both prints turned out (PhotoRag 308 & Baryta)

It was gorgeous, and only lasted for a minute. So fortunate to have been there :)

Thanks, John. I was so happy the long exposure worked out despite the wind!

Thanks! I haven't tried Moab papers yet. I'll look into ordering some samples.

Such a good cover. Kevin Morby has such a good catalog. His solo stuff stands on its own, and his work with Woods was 🤌

I feel called out. Maybe it's a habit out of necessity on other platforms? It would be so nice if you could tag your images for discovery in a hidden, non-obtrusive way. It's definitely something to keep in mind for future posts, though.

So cool. I need to get down there for the cranes one year. I love when they stop over in northern CO on their way down!
