I've been seeing a lot of people saying "all emotions are valid" lately, but I think that's the wrong word to use. Valid: 1: having legal efficacy or force 2a: well-grounded or justifiable : being at once relevant and meaningful b: logically correct 3: appropriate to the end in view.
