Here’s an idea - other people take care of shit so I don’t have to even think about it. Don’t create expectations that only the mom has to be ready/willing/available to to tend to everyone else 24/7.

Now the trickle down impact on our families I’m glad they are covering this - really - but it is still being presented as OUR problem to solve - give yourself grace … say no so you have time to take care of yourself … do this so your family will be happy

How does the principle of stare decisis regarding govt action fit in with these objections to nation wide injunctions?

Can you explain the controversy around “nationwide injunctions” particularly as related to the principle of state decisis applied to government actions? It seems like state decisis would warrant broad injunctions in some of these cases. Am I missing something that’s different in Fed court?

How did the BigLaw firms making deals w/Trump handle DEI CLE requirements? Presumably they pay for atty’s CLEs as part of the compensation and have attorneys licensed in NY.

Also NOT defending AI. Saying help splitting restaurant bills is ONE thing I think is helpful is not an endorsement.

I feel like that is an intentional mis-use, since they were “solving” a made up problem whereas splitting restaurant bills is an actual problem needing a solution 😆
