Australia didn't get through. I am beyond pissed. They were way better than most. Delayed post cause I left before voting to fly to Cairns for AusOmics.

Semi Final 2! Australia went peak Eurovision with a catchy banger to open the show. Pretty good start.

Inconceivable!

Why would people turn the invitation down? It's too much fun and makes you think about your stuff.

Report? My kids being over 18, the shows we share are a little different. 🤘

It would be nice to see what the platform performance over time is like with little/no SPE clean up. How long is sensitivity maintained? How many columns used?

Can the MRT do proteomics yet?

This is going in the sample or the mobile phase?

You fix the problem of too small peptides by measuring intact Proteoforms.

Intact Proteoforms.

You are an evil man. This stopped me for a good few minutes as I questioned my reality depending on what hat I was wearing. The answer should be "All of the above, depending on solution" but as you specified "MS based proteomics" the answer is they have a positive charge (in the majority).

Can you elaborate on this? I'm worried that we are going to continue down the peptide-MS centric path which is not going to continue to serve the field well.

Have read this carefully. The settings are done on 1+ fragments of GluFib. There's some explanation, but not much.

It was inspiring and a good reminder that we, as educators, have a responsibility to gives these kids the opportunity to do great things.

This was a great series. These kids are awesome.

Wasn't expecting an answer from you specifcally. But it affects probably everyone reading this. How do we collectively fix this? Hoping for some genunine ideas, especially from those in "power" who perpetuate this situation.
comment in response to post
So how do we fix this? What do we have to do to change things? We are complicit by doing nothing to change it.

No chance of recording this for those of us who can't attend?
