This drug has become available in only the last few years for providers with a DEA license to administer or prescribe. Before that, a special DEA license was required.

Only problem is this: if you have a positive fecal test, the follow up colonoscopy (that must happen if you want to figure out why the positive test) is now no longer a screening test but a diagnostic one which directly affects the cost.

Precisely my thoughts. @profgalloway.com brought up this very point giving“ocean front” properties in hurricane zones as an example. I call the same foul with respect to “river front” properties in flood zones and “mountain view” properties in avalanche zones.
