He's just chilling on the Ormeau Embankment right now, pictured here considering eating a dog.

If it's women-only you might need to call it Amazon.

FWIW I don't really believe the control vs numbers thesis at all.

Don't know what mine was, though I'd say it was 8 cm or so wingspan, and apparently you get a bunch of species that sort of size.

I have made the joyous discovery that there are lots of moth species with names that sound like interwar euphemisms for people with unconventional lifestyles, eg "day-flying Burnet Companion".

The consensus seems to be, you work your way slowly round the control wheel, rubbing away at the top/sides of it and into the cracks as far as possible ideally with some kind of alcohol solvent, turning it a few clicks at a time. We'll see.

Also maybe I'm getting old but this felt to me like the most 'American' certificate 15 I can remember: there are only moderate amounts of swearing, and everybody involved in the frequent incredibly brutal graphic ultraviolence is mostly fully clothed. You'll need a strong stomach.

Hi! I'm a medicinal chemist. Can confirm that, if this goes ahead as described, people will definitely die as a consequence, probably quite soon.

There's a part of my brain that knows how numbers work; and there's another part of my brain that knows *for a fact* that a 30 min 5K is like 4x faster than walking it in an hour, and a 15 min 5K is about 100x faster than 30 min.

As soon as anybody starts talking about anything being difficult, my brain goes straight to Tom Hollander and "In England we have a saying for a situation such as this."

"how can the rightwing justices expect a future president" let me stop you right there, they'll not find it difficult to think of a reason just as soon as they want one

Can't decide the mix of (1) knowingly trolling, when all's said and done hateclicks and hateshares are still clicks and shares, in which case mission accomplished; (2) straightforwardly untrue, just touting products and "expertise"; (3) actually true and reflecting genuine derangement.

YES. It'd be kind of OK if it ended before the last verse (ie stop before "sail on silvergirl") but from there on it's almost too embarrassing to listen to. *So* absurdly overblown.

I don't think you can say "what did they expect, this is exactly what Trump said he'd do" if you would also say "why would anybody ever take Trump at his word, he has no idea what he's talking about and lies constantly".

Slightly in their defence - I know, I know, but - "what Trump said he would do" is meaningless in terms of understanding what Trump will actually do. As with Johnson, entirely disregarding everything he says and any promises he makes is not at all unreasonable.

and (2) insofar as a rulebook exists for how to approach bifunctional development in general, it has been written by Arvinas, and if they are struggling, it seems unlikely to be much easier for all those following in their footsteps, who may or may not be similarly thoughtful and rigorous.

(1) ER is comparatively low-hanging fruit for PROTACs - look at that POI binding motif! - and probability of success only decreases as people try to develop eg hinge-binding PROTACs bristling with TPSA;
